INTRODUCTION

AMF Environmental Engineering is a registered company in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965,with startup capital RM 100,000 and fully owned by Bumiputera with public liability insurance ( KL-09553380-PL ) cover RM 1,000,000 . AMF Environmental Engineering is a company that conducts installation, upgrading, cleaning, repair, check the level of duct security,check the operating system in a good condition for the supply of equipment and also clean and maintain kitchen duct, kitchen hood, exhaust fan duct, exhaust fan, air supply duct, laundry duct,industry duct and air conditioning. Photographic Service Report in hardcopy or softcopy (CD/Email)will be presented at the end of each service together with Service Certificate Upon Completion.Located in semenyih kajang as our main office, AMF Environmental Engineering providesexperienced, qualified personnel trained in all aspects of our offered services implementing the use of equipment and technologies. Our cleaning and maintenance services are in accordance with
safety standards and the application of the standard set by the world of professional bodies
including The Institution of Fire Engineers (UK) Malaysian Branch (!FE), and the National Fire
Protection Association International (NFPA) and the correct procedures and safe in clean and ensure
safe use of equipment maintained. Our management team is trained, certified and updated on all
current guidelines, procedure and standard lined by Malaysian government.
With strong going industry in cleaning and maintenances in Malaysia, it is a promising future for our company to expand our business with estimated at least 9% net profit a year. Currently our focus
customer is factory, hotels and shopping complex that need our services to ensure their daily operations system working properly.
Lead by strong management team, strong in related experiences, we are moving forward to expand
our operations in East Coast Peninsular Malay sia. Our company projects operating profit in year
2012 around 10% from our investment and net income projected in 2013 are estimated increasing
to 12%, projected to be RM 300,000 net profit from our current total estimated project worth RM2.5
million in 2013. Our company vvill remain cash flow positive throughout it startup period.

1. Kitchen Hoods and Filter Services

•AMF Environmental Engineering is specializing in removing grease from the kitchen hoods and filters. Kitchen hood cleaning is mostly dependent on how much cooking and how heavily used the hood is. Kitchen hood cleaning services not only helps ensure that kitchen remains spotless but it could prevent your business from going up in smoke.
•Grease is a fuel that can ignite with a simple spark from the kitchen cooking line and spread throughout the attic and can causing severe damage and potential loss of life. 4. Laundry Duct Service
